From Insight to Impact: The UKHSA Insight team's journey to becoming more strategic

Over the past two years, UKHSA’s Insights team has evolved into a more strategically orientated partner in the organisation.

This session will share their reflections on that journey and the practical lessons they have learned along the way. They’ll draw on a range of case studies (from ticks to vaccines) that illustrate how they work with teams across UKHSA to bring public views into decision-making.
