Join us in the serene surroundings of The RAF Club in London as we explore how we can ensure the voice of the customer is heard loud and clear in our organisations.
We are all aware of the challenge of ensuring that the voice of the customer is to the fore in the decision making process but in order to capture the attention of the decision makers - who are often busy people with the attention span of gnats(!) and a tendency to focus on the bottom line - it is necessary to have creative solutions in mind to meet the requirement of being responsive, timely and imaginative. The aim is not only to capture the attention of the business leaders, but to inspire them to factor the customer perspective into the final solution.
In the morning we'll have presentations from Aura members and agency partners who have risen to this challenge. Including Avanti West Coast and Human8, M&G and The Customer Closeness Company, Ooni and Watch Me Think, Perrigo and Acacia Avenue.
