Save the date in 2026

Our first in-person event of 2026 will be on Tuesday 10th February at the RAF Club in London.

We have designed this event, on the hot topic of customer connections, to meet the demand from members for examples on how this challenge is currently being met.  

The event comprises 4 presentations followed by a workshop. 

Speakers from Ooni/Watch Me Think, Perrigo/Acacia Avenue, M&G/The Customer Closeness Company, and Avanti West Coast/Human8 will share the ways in which the customer is brought to life inside their organisations ensuring that the voice of the customer is actively represented and influential in the decision process. 

In the afternoon, our friends at Lovebrands will lead a customer masterclass.
