Hosted at Truth Consulting’s offices and led by the Truth Futures team at Truth Consulting: Dr Bridget Dalton and Sophie Nathan-King, combining commercial and cultural futures expertise focused on 5–15 year future horizons.

Dr Bridget Dalton, Head of Truth Futures
Bridget has 10+ years as a commercial semiotician, scenario planning and futures expert working across all categories from FMCG, to fashion to finance. She believes that creative cultural strategy must work instantly and illuminate insights for everyone. Complexity is the truth of everyday life for brands, businesses and people, Bridget's focus is on synthesis and simplicity for effective future thinking.
Sophie Nathan-King, Futures Senior Consultant
Sophie is a semiotician and futurist with a background in creative production, fine art, and design direction. She works across a range of categories including beauty, F&B, lifestyle, and tech, bringing a culturally grounded perspective to crystalising signals into clear, actionable narratives. Earlier this year she researched and helped run a workshop exploring the future scenarios of London in 2050.
