Working Well Together: Open and Honest Conversations

One of the trickier parts of the Working Well Together Charter is making space for open, honest conversations - especially when budgets are tight, the market feels uncertain and everyone is juggling limited time and resource.

So, how do we keep communication constructive, respectful and transparent? How do we make sure everyone has the chance to be heard, whatever their role, company or level of experience? And what small, practical things can we do to work better together across the insights supply chain?

This is a chance to get people in the room have a proper chat and share what is really going on. We will explore the challenges, swap ideas and look at practical ways to make collaboration smoother, more productive and more enjoyable for everyone involved.

We won't have any stuffy, formal presentations. What we will have is different perspectives in a relaxed, friendly setting, with honest discussion, useful takeaways and maybe a bit of Northern straight-talking along the way.
