Episode 6
In this episode, Eimear MacGarty from Lovebrands interviews Jacinda Norman from KFC.
Jacinda and Eimear discuss how at first glance the principles of the Charter seem obvious, but reflect on the enormous value of being explicit around the behaviours that underpin positive, respectful, human working relationships.
They also delve into previous instances working together where it hasn’t been possible to follow the Charter to the letter - when context and objectives shift during the briefing and proposal process.
They unpack why this can be a challenge for agencies, how openness and transparency are critical ingredients for shared understanding, and how pivoting can sometimes be the only way to unlock insight with true impact.
